• Missed collection of your house or street
  • Waste collection contractors operate between 7 am and 6 pm; please wait until after 6 pm before submitting a request for missed collection.
• A mess or some items left behind after collection
• Bug or animal problems

• Green bins are collected every other week from December through April
• If the week had a statutory holiday, your regular collection day will occur one day later

These requests cannot be submitted anonymously. You will be required to provide:

• Your street name and number
• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
